We will publish your house with its own page on our website. We find the guest through our online marketing. When a booking arrives we will handle the booking for you. The only thing you have to do is to update us with the actual availability of the house. We also take care of the payments. We handle the communications and questions of the clients. the team of La Porta Vacanze will be La Porta Vacanze together with all the owners.

Fee for services
We charge for our services a fixed commission on the rent and work on a no cure-no pay basis. That means we only charge commission if the property is actually rented by us.
