Beautiful Umbrian country house for 10 people with large private infinity pool situated in the rolling hills near Perugia.

Surrounded by a green, rolling Umbrian countryside, just a few miles north of Perugia, lies this beautiful typical farmhouse. Recently this farmhouse has been completely restored. The surrounding countryside is characterized by vineyards, olive groves, sunflower and wheat fields, forests, tranquil villages and medieval churches.
This former stone farmhouse from 1666 is beautifully renovated and restored to original condition with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and stone walls. The interior design is a perfect mix of Umbrian tradition and modern comfort.

Interieur

Farm house (250m²) on 2 floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room with large table for 12 people and door to terrace. Kitchen with large wooden table, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine. Bedroom/Suite with double bed, small room with sofa bed leading to the terrace at the backside of the home. En suite bathroom with bath. Hall with stairs to first floor.
First floor: master bedroom with fireplace, double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Adjacent to the house is a small lounge / TV room with satellite flat screen TV
Other facilities: satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, washing machine.

Exterieur

Large garden with several terraces. The kitchen and dining room open onto a covered terrace with dining table and lovely views over the countryside. There is a barbecue with wood oven for pizza baking. Large infinity swimming pool (5,5 x13, 5) with scale romana (descending stairs) with outdoor shower, sun beds and parasols.

Faciliteiten

This house is a perfect base for excursions to the many medieval towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto.
Umbria is famous for its many festivals, local sagras (little village fests), where you can eat delicious. The internationally renowned Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia in July is only easy to reach (20 km.)
Golfers can head to the two golf clubs in the area (Perugia: 9 holes or Antognola, 27 hole PGA Trent Jones design.
