Exterieur

Large century-old park with a lot of trees and around the house a beautiful belvedere garden with garden furniture. A little climb up the hill (path of 100 m.) leads to the large L-designed swimming pool (10×18) with "scale romana" and terrace and shower, reclining chairs and large lawn. Under the trees next to the swimming pool there are nice shady places. Stupendous view at the surrounding hills and valley, and especially at Orvieto.

Faciliteiten

Nearest little village is Porano with a supermarket, bank, post office, bar. There is a good restaurant.
This villa is situated perfectly in the triangle of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio.
A mystic spot surrounded by nature and in the centre of the Etruscan excavations.
For those who loves trekking and nature, excursions to the nearby woods of the Monti Cimini, Monte Cetona or the Monte Amiata, but also tot the lakes Bolsena and Trasimeno are certainly a must.
