Exterieur

The estate (6000m²) is fenced and has large well-kept garden with lawns, pine trees and fragrant flowerbeds. A covered terrace at the villa for your lunch or dinner "al fresco" overlooking the Chianti hills with in the distance a castle. The large garden has many shady spots and there are two swing chairs to relax in or read a book. Swimming pool (6x12m) with diving board, chairs and sun beds. Cottage with changing room and outdoor shower with hot water. Stone wood oven and next to it a double barbecue.

The villa is centrally located, perfect for exploring Tuscany, and is only 16 km from San Gimignano. The villa is a starting point for excursions in the Chianti: in the beautiful rolling countryside with vineyards and many great wineries. Nearby are opportunities for golf, horse riding, tennis, mountain biking, hiking. On request can be organized excursions or wine tasting. The nearest town is 4 km away, where all facilities are available: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, shops, bars and restaurants and train station.
