This beautiful and luxurious villa is located directly on Lake Como. The villa is very spacious with lots of light and beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The furnishing is tasteful and elegant, the facilities are of high-quality and very complete, including air conditioning, heated swimming pool and Wi-Fi (included in price). The green Mediterranean garden is completely enclosed by a large hedge and offers complete privacy. The pool can be covered if required, ideally in early spring or late autumn. Idyllic and luxurious accommodation to relax and enjoy the wonderful Italian sun on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

Interieur

Villa (600m²) spread over 2 floors.
Ground floor: large living room with French doors to the large, panoramic terrace. Large dining room with table for 14 people and French doors to the garden. Modern and very complete semi-professional kitchen. Game room with table tennis and toys (also used as a extra bedroom). Bathroom with shower suitable for wheelchair users. Two guest toilets. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
First floor: 5 bedrooms (with air conditioning) with double bed and en-suite shower room, two (adjacent) single rooms (without air conditioning), one with balcony. Small bedroom (with air conditioning) with two single beds. Additional bedroom and bathroom (ground floor) on request when booking.
Additional amenities: wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV (SKY), CD player, DVD player, phone, fax, safe, washing machine and dryer, table tennis, toys for children.

Exterieur

The villa is set in private grounds of 800m², a few meters from a public (pebble) beach. Between the bank and the garden fence is a public footpath. From both the house and the garden you have a magnificent view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The garden has a Mediterranean vegetation and large sun terrace (360m²) with 16 chairs and barbecue. The pool is heated and can be covered. For children there are outdoor toys. There is parking lot for up to 6 cars.

Faciliteiten

Only 600 m from the villa is the village Pianello del Lario, where you can enjoy miles long walks on the beautiful lake promenade. In the village you find grocery stores, a restaurant, a bank and a post office. Menaggio is 6 ml to the south, where a ferry to the medieval village of Varenna and the picturesque village is Bellagio (the ‘pearl of the lake). About 20 minutes, in Tremezzo, the neo-classical Villa Carlotta, with its botanical garden. Como is 30 ml with its historic city center, elegant shops, restaurants, cafes, panoramic promenade, harbor and train station where you can take the train to Milan. Behind the villa is a boat museum, well worth a visit. You will find many boats from the 19th century who contributed to the nautical history of Lake Como.
